The following text was sent to me, having been sent to about 100 others as well.  I searched the web for information about it but couldn't find anything.  Someone sent it to me asking if it was for real or one of those hoaxes about stolen kidneys.  Knowing that it takes quite a while to get a response from the NCSA, I figured it couldn't hurt to ask you.  Do you think the following may be real or is it a hoax that you have heard about?
