Recent discussions (concerning an email) have been going around concerning
a highway notice of gang related
initiations concerning oncoming vehicles with no head lights on at night.
The email states that if someone flashes
their lights at the oncoming vehicle, to notify them that their head lights
are not on, the gang member's initiation is to
chase and shoot at the vehicle that flashed their lights.

This sounds very much like a hoax from a few years ago.  Can you verify
this?  I have been unable to locate this subject
on any of the hoax/chain letter sites.
