Hello Charles,
I really appreciate your web site.
I received today info concerning a child named Jessica, with picture, that
has been sent to thousands of people. It says she is missing & the family
believes she is with a man who calls her "Jessie" not, Jessica. They claim
she was last seen in Maryland two months ago.
They give a web site at www.borrowed-rainbow.com/jessica.htm  which has a
picture of a beautiful child about four years old. The wording of the threat
against the kidnapper is what made me think it could all be a hoax.  I hate
for a hoax like that to get started because when real emergencies do happen
of that sort, it would be great to be able to use the web for fast responce
to caring people instead of everyone beginning to think that everything
through the web is a hoax.
