Sir,

     This E-mail was forwarded to me via a freind, and I just wanted to
know if this is true or is someone trying to mobilize the minority
population like with the African Americans will lose there right to
vote. Could you please enlighten me or tell where I can find this
information, so my freind doesn't spread this unfounded info. Thank you
for your time, and your web site has helped me stop a lot of hoaxes in
the office place( and I have a huge office space so to speak, I'm in the
Navy).
